Pelvic Floor Therapy

Pelvic floor muscles are a layer of muscles that support the urinary and reproductive tracts of both men and women. These muscles also control your bladder and bowels.

Strong pelvic floor muscles are extremely important for both men and women. In women, the pelvic floor supports the bladder, vagina, rectum, and uterus. In men, it helps keep the bowels, bladder, urethra and rectum in place. Weak muscles may not fully support internal organs and can result in incontinence, constipation, pain during sex in women and erectile dysfunction in men.  At REDEEM, we offer treatment options to strengthen weak pelvic floor muscles.
