What Are Dermal Fillers?
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring substance that keeps your skin moisturized and soft. As you age, your HA levels can be depleted, leaving its effects on your face, lips, and eyes. Dermal fillers, such as Restylane, Juvéderm, or Versa, are composed of HA. When injected under the skin, dermal fillers can:

Dermal fillers are safe when under the care of a licensed and skilled healthcare provider. As with all treatments, minimal side effects can occur. We will discuss any possible side effects during your consultation.
We use a very small needle to inject the product. You may experience some discomfort, but our skilled injector and distraction methods will ease the discomfort during the procedure.
Dermal fillers are used to replace volume and smooth out deeper lines on the face or body. Botox® and Dysport® injections are used to temporarily relax the muscle to prevent fine and deeper lines on the face.
Although an injection is a simple, non-surgical procedure that requires no downtime, post-treatment reactions such as bruising can occasionally happen. Our master injectors will give you suggestions on how to decrease bruising.
